Access Bars®

Would you like your life to be easier? Access Bars is a healing modality that deletes the limiting beliefs, thoughts, judgments and fears that are the root of many of our problems, issues and physical ailments.

Access Bars sessions can be run by Bars Practitioners, Bars Facilitators, and Certified Facilitators of Access Consciousness spanning the globe. Sessions often last between an hour and an hour and a half and are run simply by lightly touching your head.

Stuck energy will continue to release for 3 to 4 weeks following a session.  The effect is cumulative, so the more you have your bars run the greater the benefit you will receive.  Some people like to have regular sessions to maintain balance.  It is always helpful to schedule sessions whenever you notice that you are feeling stressed or unhappy.

About the Bars

Access Bars® is the very core of Access Consciousness® created by Gary Douglas 25 years ago.  During a bars session, the practitioner lightly touches 32 points on the head that contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that have been stored in a lifetime.  Different points relate to different areas including money, aging, body, sexuality, joy, sadness, healing, creativity, awareness and control. When energy is run between the points, the electromagnetic charge that was locked in the brain, holding all the limitations and stuck energy you have about that area of your life, starts to clear.
