Service Rates/Product Prices
The cost of services and products are subject to change without notice. All services and products are subject to county sales tax.
Gratuity
Gratuity or “tips” are not expected, however they are accepted and appreciated. Any money received in addition to the cost of service will be considered as a tip. Tips are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact Nikki as soon as possible. Cancellations should be provided within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or class/workshop. Any cancellations under 12 hours of your appointment, class, or workshop time may result in a No Show Fee.
Any cancellations that are provided less then 12 hours from your appointment time due to weather conditions are acceptable.
No Show Fee
This fee will be charged within 24 hours of the missed appointment if a credit card is on file. If not, it is due at the time of your next appointment or within 30 days of the missed appointment, whichever comes first. Fees for missed services is 70% and fees for missed classes/workshops is 30%.
Children
If you are scheduling an appointment for a child under the age of 18, please contact Nikki to discuss. Children may be more comfortable with a 30 minute or shorter session depending on their age and developmental level. This may vary by each individual. Youth/children under the age of 18 are accompanied by an adult.
Referrals
Your referrals are sincerely appreciated. When you refer someone for a Reiki or Chakra Balancing session, they will receive $10 off any length of service as will you after they had their session. The person you refer must provide your name and receive their session for you to receive your discounted session.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided to a client who cancels within 24-hours of their scheduled appointment that was pre-paid if the client does not reschedule for that canceled session. Refunds will also be provided for any pre-paid Reiki sessions or pre-paid classes that the practitioner cancels if the client chooses not to reschedule the session for another date. All other refunds are at the discretion of the practitioner.
If you paid for a class ahead of time and are not present or cancel you will be charged a 30% fee and refunded 70% of the cost of the class/workshop.
Seniors
Adults age 60 or over are considered seniors.
Payment Options
All services and products are charged sales tax. Payment is due at the time of service. Payments may be paid in advance as “prepaid payments” for any future scheduled sessions. Reiki Pagoda accepts the following:
Cash
Personal Checks Please note any returned checks due to insufficient funds or “bounced” checks will result in a $35 fee per check.
Credit/Debit Cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit and/or debit cards are accepted.
Gift Cards and Certificates These make a great gift to offer someone on any occasion! These can be purchased for any denomination and can be applied to any length of service or to classes. Any remaining balances of the gift certificate can be used towards services or classes and can not be exchanged for cash.
